-         MAINTENANCE FEE

Hurghada Coast has NO Annual maintenance fees.

Owners of apartments pay only one-time cost of service maintenance which is 10% of the cost price of apartments and is to be paid before receiving the key.

-          APARTMENT FURNISHING

Apartment owners are offered a choice of furniture packages. For the apartments in the rental program guarantee, it will be compulsory to furnish the apartments through the management company of Hurghada Coast.

-         CONSTRUCTION WARRANTY

-         DELIVERY DATE
